$1,500.00 – All visits will be in your home at your convenience!

Our standard package offers 2 prenatal visits, attendance for your birth and 2 postpartum visit.

Each visit (besides the birth) lasts approximately 2 hours.

1st Visit – We will focus on communication during all stages of your pregnancy, as well as pain management preferences, possible prenatal classes/Lamaze and breathwork. A birth plan draft will be created and continuously adjusted as needed, and we will address any and all concerns regarding your birth, health and that of your household.

2nd Visit - We will continue to focus on personal comfort measures and solutions, adjustments to the birth plan, nutritional needs of the household and utilization of any resources that will assist your birthing process.

3rd Visit - Massage for our birthing parent! A one-hour full body massage on a state- of-the-art maternity massage table with pillows specially contoured for your body will be available to address all of your aches and pains! We will continue to review certain stretches, exercises and relaxation habits appropriate for the late 3rd trimester. Allowing focus on general household needs, like cleaning, healthy food prep and pet care, will reduce stress during this time. We’ll discuss it all!

Your Big Day! – We will be on call 24/7 to come to your side. You and your family will have an advocate for any and all of your concerns.

Postpartum Visit – Typically within the first two weeks after birth, our postpartum visit is designed to follow up with any lingering concerns – including if you are feeling emotional, stuck or strapped for personal shower time! We can help! Future postpartum care is available and can be discussed during this visit.

Additionally, Massage Therapy is available for the birthing partner at a cost of $90/hour.
